You're on a journey and you have no clue what to do next and you're feeling lonely, stuck, and not sure where to turn. Now look a little closer and you realize you're not alone at all! There's someone there to help you hold the flashlight and navigate the rough and unknown terrain. You make the choices about where and how you're stepping, but you have a life line to help you as you stumble, grow, and find your way.
Coaches help keep YOU accountable for your growth and progress on your path. They bring new strategies and skills to the table when you've fallen off course. Coaches are there to remind you of how far you've come when you're struggling to find the motivation and will power to keep moving forwards.
My method behind coaching is through the lens of mindfulness, so your programming could include yoga, meditation, or energy work-again you are in charge of where we invest our effort together. Our focus is on starting from where you are and moving forwards!
